When there is no weight and no machines around, you have to be creative with what you do to help build muscle in order to get the physique you are looking for. It’s pretty tough to get a good physique and build mass without weights, but you can use resistance. You can also just use their whole body on certain exercises you are strong on.  If you can, invest in bands if you’re traveling or have nothing else to workout with.

Most people do not realize that the best workout regimes can be done in small areas, even in regular apartments, and in a very short time.  It would not be difficult to squeeze in some calisthenics exercises even in a tight schedule.
