This workout is perfect for those days you just don’t feel like going to the gym.
One of the best things about today’s workout is that it can be easily done at home or in a hotel room. It doesn’t require any gym equipment (save for a jump rope), but it’ll still kick your behind so hard you’ll be cursing my name under your breath. That’s fine; that means I’m doing my job to push you and make sure you’re working hard.
This week you’re increasing the number of rounds for the cardio workout to three. Yes, it’s going to be tough, but you can do it! Keep the intensity and pacing high.
