“The proper form for spider curls is that you want to make sure you get all the way forward, so that your shoulders are right above the elbow. Use full range of motion all the way up and all the way down. Some people think that the proper form is half way up or 3/4 of the way down, that is incorrect. What you want to do is go all the way and squeeze all the way up. And try not to go too heavy, focus on getting that really deep contraction.”
